Find a relaxing night-time routine. Aim for your bedroom to be approximately 18°C. Keeping a routine before bed tells your brain that it is time for sleep, whether it is reading or listening to soft music. This repetition is a form of 'Classical Conditioning' or 'learning through association'. Use one of our Pillow sprays too and you will soon associate the scent with a better sleep.
How to use it: Spritz 2-3 pumps 30cm away from your pillow or duvet, then wait a few seconds before climbing into bed. Take some long inhales to allow the calming cocktail of essential oils to work their magic and send you to sleep. Don’t apply directly onto skin, delicate fabrics or furniture. Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid use in case of allergy to known ingredients/oils. Keep out of reach of children. External use only.
