Incense bowls made from local spalted beech. Hand turned on an old 1950’s lathe. Inspired by many years living and travelling around Asia. Spalting is a sought after natural process caused by interaction of fungus in the wood. The fungus is now dead but leaves behind stunning patterns and colours enhancing the attractiveness of the wood.
