Collection: Soodle Street

Soodle Street is the creative platform of artist Caitlín Law. Originally from Hertfordshire, Caitlín now lives in Norwich after graduating from the University of Plymouth with a first class degree in Fine Art and Art History in 2012. Caitlín went on to gain a Masters in History of Art from the University of East Anglia and it is this interest in both history and visual culture that inspired her to create Soodle Street.

Caitlín creates handmade collage illustrations mainly inspired by architecture and the built environment as well as recently expanding into natural landscapes, gardens and paper floral arrangements. Soodle Street aims to be as kind to the planet as possible in both process and product. Each illustration is hand-collaged from discarded paper that would otherwise be thrown away such as junk mail, advertising and old magazines. Caitlín has a passion for encouraging the ideals of designing for durability as well as repurposing and recycling materials to keep products circulating in the economy.

Soodle Street offers paper-based products including original art, digital prints, greetings cards and postcards.
